Holcim constructively contributes to the climate change policy debate to develop effective regulatory incentives to improve energy efficiency and CO₂ intensity. Holcim believes that the most effective way to decrease the emissions of society is via mandatory governmental policies and regulated market instruments that set a cost on carbon within international frameworks.
